Privacy Statement

 

By submitting your application for employment to Quadra Chemicals (the “Company”), you:

a.    Consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the information in your application and any attachments (including your resume) and obtained during interviews for the purposes of assessing your suitability for a position with the Company, for communicating with you in connection with such potential employment, and for other reasonable purposes related to establishing and managing any employment relationship with the Company; 

b.    Consent to the Company contacting any references and other employers that you  provide, whereby the Company may collect personal information about you from such persons and/or disclose personal information contained in your application or resume or obtained during interviews to such persons for the purposes of assessing your suitability for a position with the Company; 

c.    Consent to the use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of establishing and managing any employment relationship (including the creation of an employee file), if you become an employee of the Company; 

d.    Consent to the sharing of your personal information with the Company’s service providers and affiliates in Canada, the United States, and other countries, including China, for the purposes described above;   <div style="text-align: left;">  e.     Understand that your personal information will be stored on a secured cloud base storage from Dayforce and will be accessible to managers, human resources, payroll and any other employees with a need to know such information, as well as service providers who require the information to </div><div style="text-align: left;"> perform their services, and that the Company will implement reasonable measures to ensure your personal information is secure and confidential;  </div>
