Please review the following information regarding your right to request confidentiality:
Confidentiality Request: As an applicant, you have the right to request in writing that Door County not reveal your identity. This written request must be submitted to the Door County Human Resources Office at 421 Nebraska Street, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.
Honoring Confidentiality Requests: Upon receiving your written request, Door County will not provide access to any records related to your application that may reveal your identity. This confidentiality will be upheld except in the case of final candidates. Please be aware that the identities of final candidates may be disclosed irrespective of whether a written request for confidentiality is submitted to Door County.
Definition of 'Final Candidate': A 'final candidate' is defined as each applicant who is seriously considered for appointment and whose name is submitted for final consideration.
