We will compare the information you provide with other information we may have on file and with information provided by referees and external agencies such as the Disclosure and Barring Service. Your data will be retained securely for no longer than one year if unsuccessful. If you are successful, we will retain your information securely, throughout your employment with Kids Planet and for 7 years after you leave our employment. Paper copies are shredded using a confidential waste service and electronic copies are deleted from our systems.
