Statement of Accessibility
Dayforce is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for the largest possible audience, regardless of ability or access to technology. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, while applying relevant accessibility standards
To further our commitment, Dayforce contracted an independent third party (Ilumino) to conduct an accessibility audit and review of the Dayforce Candidate Portal for conformance with Dayforce's selected target standard, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines(WCAG) 2.1 level AA. On December 16, 2020, Ilumino completed its review.
Based on the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) provided by Ilumino, Dayforce has achieved substantial conformance with and product support for the following target standards:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, Levels A and AA
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Levels A and AA
- Revised Section 508 standards published 01/18/2017 and corrected 01/22/2018
- EN 301 549 Accessibility requirements suitable for public procurement of ICT products and services in Europe, - V3.1.1 (2019-11)
In summary, Dayforce's Candidate Portal has achieved substantial conformance with the success factors of its selected target standard, WCAG 2.1 Level AA. While this standard details success factors and best practices for ensuring assistive technology users can access the portal, the guidelines also make the site more user friendly for all people.
Note that, due to Dayforce's integration with external vendors, there are areas within the site that are beyond Dayforce's control. These elements include, but are not limited to, integration with:
- Google: https://www.google.com/
- LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/
- Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/
Because Dayforce is unable to speak to or assure accessibility of these integrated elements, we do not claim to fully conform with the WCAG standards. Nonetheless, Dayforce's substantial conformance surpasses the minimum requirements of applicable accessibility standards and guidelines, and Dayforce will continue to actively work to further increase the accessibility and usability of its websites and services as a best practice and commitment to equality.
In order to further our commitment to accessibility, we are continuing to work on our website and digital portals to ensure the best experience for all. Should anyone encounter barriers to accessibility, please contact Sara Curtin at 503-423-4021 or via email at humanresources@kennedyjenks.com. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate.
