I understand and accept that, in accordance with Law No. 8968 &ldquo;Law for the Protection of Individuals Regarding the Processing of Their Personal Data,&rdquo; I will be asked to provide personal information during the recruitment and selection process. This information will be processed exclusively for the purpose of facilitating my participation in recruitment, selection, and potential hiring by VIANT MEDICAL.
The processing of my data will include, among other purposes: competency evaluation, reference checks, compliance with legal and labor regulations, identity and background verification, management of resources necessary for the process, coordination of interviews and assessments, as well as ongoing communication and follow-up throughout the process.
I understand and accept that providing the requested data is voluntary, and I am under no obligation to submit my personal information. However, the sole consequence of not providing the requested data is the inability to continue with the recruitment and selection process.
For the purposes of this consent, personal data processing refers to any operation or set of operations carried out through automated or manual procedures and applied to personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, storage, modification, extraction, consultation, use, transmission, dissemination, distribution or any other form of access, comparison or interconnection, as well as blocking, deletion or destruction, among others.
