York Space Systems collects and/or process biometric identifiers of employees and prospective employees only as permitted by applicable law.
York Space Systems may request consent to collect and process biometric identifiers as a condition of employment only for the following purposes:

<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">To permit access to secure physical locations and secure electronic hardware and software applications;</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">To record the commencement and conclusion of the workday, including meal breaks and rest breaks in excess of 30 minutes;</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">To improve or monitor workplace safety or security or ensure the safety or security of employees; or</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Improve or monitor the safety or security of the public in the event of an emergency or crisis situation; or</li>
<li style="margin: 0in 0in 8pt 0px; line-height: 107%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">For uses aligned with the reasonable expectations of an employee&rsquo;s job description or role.</li>
</ul>
York Space Systems may request consent to collect and process biometric identifiers for other reasons, but such consent will not be a condition of employment.

The following definitions are relevant to this policy:
Biometric data:&nbsp; one or more biometric identifiers that are used or intended to be used, singly or in combination with each other or with other personal data, for identification purposes.&nbsp; Biometric data does not include physical or digital photographs, audio or voice recordings, or any data generated from the photographs or recordings.
Biometric identifier:&nbsp; data generated by processing, measuring, or analyzing a person&rsquo;s biological, physical, or behavioral characteristics, which data can be sued for identification.&nbsp; Biometric identifiers include fingerprints, voiceprints, retina or iris scans, facial maps, facial geometry, facial templates, or other unique biological, physical, or behavioral patterns or characteristics.
