Purpose of the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join HH Global as we continue on a journey of growth with one of the top global sports brands. Our client, a renowned sports fashion retailer, is expanding in the ever-evolving retail landscape, and they've entrusted us to support and enhance their in-store execution.

The successful Senior Project Manager will possess extensive expertise in managing complex in-store fit-outs across the EMEA region. Prior experience in fit-outs, layout planning, and a deep technical understanding of intricate fixtures, fittings, and equipment are essential. You should be adept at handling large-scale projects for multiple store openings with varying lead times. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving project briefings, managing day-to-day communications, providing quotations, and overseeing the complex execution. Your role will involve a blend of project work, collaboration with clients, internal teams, and occasional on-site presence during installations. This presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to the development of stores for a top-tier sports fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Take the lead in coordinating in-store fit-out deliveries, serving as the primary client contact day-to-day, overseeing the project from layout creation right through to installation.</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Collaborate closely with your Account Manager/Account Director to extract comprehensive client briefs.</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Create meticulous specifications for both internal and external clients, drawing from your client insights.</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Elevate customer service standards for all stakeholders, both within the organization and externally.</li>

<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of HH&rsquo;s diverse service offerings to provide clients with tailored digital solutions that enhance their in-store fit-outs.</li>

Knowledge, skills and experience

<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations;</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Knowledge of Microsoft office and Google Apps is preferred but not essential.</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Great excel skills</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Experience of managing marketing campaigns for instore activation;</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Experience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred;</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred;</li>
<li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators);</li>
